Jake and Leslie are the perfect couple. College sweethearts who have no idea how nauseatingly cute they are, they marry and start building thriving careers. The fairy tale continues with two adorable kids. But, perfection is no match for addiction. And when Jake, as model husband and father, is unable to resist the temptation that is put before him, he engages in behavior that threatens to destroy his business, as well as the people he loves more than life itself.

Then, when Jake uses every fiber of his being to control the overwhelming impulses that assault him daily, crisis occurs. Will Jake have the courage and strength to confront this crisis? Or will he succumb to the forces that have had him in their clutches his entire life?

At the End of the Day is the story of a family, as they navigate through the decades, and struggle in their quest to overcome the life altering challenges fate has in store for them.
